About the role:
Juvenaire is one of the leading independent restoration companies providing 24/7 restoration services in disaster recovery and cleaning management in Queensland.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Brisbane/Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast teams of dedicated and hardworking restoration technicians who are experts in the restoration industry. In this position, you will be required to respond to our clients who have experienced water damage, fire damage and mould contamination.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Respond to water, fire and mould damage emergencies to both commercial and residential occupancies
- Provide a high level of customer service to our clients and customers
- Use truck mounted and portable machinery, moisture meters, drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers and other specialty drying equipment to carry out restoration
- Perform removals or demolition of building materials including baseboards, dry wall, flooring materials, sub floors, etc.
- Follow policies and procedures to maintain Juvenaire’s reputation of providing timely and accurate reporting to our clients
Ideal applicants will have:
- Valid open manual drivers licence
- Be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required
- Experience in carpet laying, building industry, remediation works, bond cleaning or trade background is highly regarded, however Juvenaire will provide training and mentoring to the right individual.
