Juvenaire has invested heavily in state of the art equipment; the Esporta Wash System and the Fireline Ultrasonics Processing Plant. They efficiently and effectively restore Water, Fire and Sewage affected contents previously deemed unrestorable.
As part of Juvenaire’s contents restoration service and to salvage contents previously destined for the landfill, the integration of a Contents Management System and Pack-out System that complemented our established processes was implemented. This made our processes extremely efficient allowing Juvenaire to save time, money and provide the highest quality reporting.

Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) were used extensively in Australian buildings and structures, plant and equipment, ships, trains and vehicles during the 1950s to the early 1980s. A complete ban on asbestos use and import was imposed on 31st December, 2003.
As a guide, homes built from the year 1988 onwards should be asbestos free, while homes built before 1984 may contain a significant number of Asbestos Containing Materials.
Asbestos can be loosely or firmly bound in building materials in older homes. Loose asbestos fibres are the most dangerous as they can easily become airborne and be inhaled by occupants at the property. Most homes contain firmly bound asbestos which usually do not pose a threat to health unless damaged.

If contents in containers are left out in the elements, they will eventually have mould growth. This is because of the condensation process that is caused by dew point and changes in temperature from hot to cold.
With a large number of properties being affected during a disaster event, pack-outs for contents require much more space and time while multiple properties are being restored.
The restoration process takes much longer during major disasters due to increased workloads.
The pack-outs are stored in our high security storage facility and processed at a later date. This system also gives our technicians the time to sort through all contents thoroughly and organise contents according to ‘clean’, ‘restorable’, ‘repairable’ and ‘disposable’.
