Terms & Conditions: Our price is from $495 incl. GST for residential properties only and includes up to three (3) hours of technician time, calculated base-to-base, including travel and attendance to assess and address the water damage. The $495 fee is an initial attendance and assessment allowance only and is not a fixed price or guarantee of completion of water extraction, make-safe, drying or restoration works. Any Budget Estimate provided is indicative only and may be revised if additional damage, contamination, moisture or other unforeseen conditions are identified during the assessment or works. The homeowner/customer remains responsible for payment of Juvenaire’s account, regardless of whether the water damage is an insurable or non-insurable event. Where an insurance claim has been or is intended to be lodged, the customer’s obligation to pay Juvenaire is not conditional upon the insurer accepting the claim, approving Juvenaire’s costs, or making payment to the customer.

The First 24 Hours Matter
Whether you have a flooded house, flooded carpet, burst pipe, leaking washing machine, flooded bathroom, wet carpet, timber floor water damage or ceiling water damage, acting quickly can significantly reduce the extent of the loss.
Removing visible water is only the beginning.
Moisture can remain concealed beneath flooring, inside walls, behind cabinetry and within other building materials. Our technicians use professional moisture detection equipment to identify affected areas and determine where further drying may be required.
Professional water extraction removes standing water before the drying process begins. Air movers and dehumidifiers can then be strategically installed to assist with wet carpet drying and structural drying of affected building materials.
Early intervention may also provide an opportunity to save materials that could otherwise require replacement. This can be particularly important with carpets, cabinetry and timber floor water damage, where prolonged moisture exposure can cause swelling, cupping, distortion or deterioration.

Replacing flooring or repairing and painting walls while excess moisture remains within the structure may conceal the underlying problem rather than solve it.
