Tyler that came was wonderful and explained everything. Tyler and Nick were very polite, very professional and wonderful to deal with. Tyler was extremely careful when putting equipment in my home. In a stressful situation they were a pleasure to deal with.
Geoff was very polite and explained everything to me as I was confused about the process for the claim.

Mat was amazing, he worked really hard to get my home “normal” as possible. He explained the entire procedure and why he was doing what he was doing. It was fantastic unlike the other trades I have already dealt with, they just come and go.
Technicians were all very polite, and always did what they said they were going to do. Always wiped their feet before coming into home too.

Mat was wonderful, he knew his job and explained the process. He made an awful experience good as he was very calming and not intrusive at all. Thank you! Mat was tremendous. Here we were with our downstairs flooded, Mat arrived and knew what had to be done and started checking and tracking where the water had spread under our floating timber floor and into cupboards. When you have strangers in your house it is so much better when they have a great attitude and enjoy their job.
Gary was amazing, he explained everything. He was always happy and cheerful and on time. I liked the fact that the one technician helped me through the entire process.

In a society that is all to ready to complain about bad service, I consider it highly important to applaud the provision of fantastic service. For this reason, I am writing to provide a formal compliment for the amazing service I am receiving from Juvenaire.
This is the second claim that Juvenaire have been engaged on to address inadequate service provided by initial alternate restorers on your panel. I can confidently state that if the unfortunate occurrence arises of a future claim needing a restorer, that I will be insisting you engage Juvenaire from the get-go.
The most impressive aspect of Juvenaire is that Juvenaire do not engage sub-contractors; both of your other panel restorers sub-contracted their work orders which saw loss of accountability and lack of clear communication. Juvenaire take pride in delivering superb customer service, that both safeguards the appropriate application of the insurance policy and emphasises caring support to the homeowner whom has suffered the claimable loss.
I am immensely appreciative to Juvenaire’s Project Manager, Guy, for his continued wonderful professionalism and good humour. Guy’s approach to handling what is such a distressing and saddening loss is a breath of fresh air that is truly appreciated. The level of service that Guy ensures he delivers, as well as him inspiring and motivating his staff to immolate such behaviour, is admirable.
I have, and will continue to, sing the praises of Juvenaire to my family, friends, colleagues and to all whom I chat about my claims experience with. Juvenaire genuinely embody their slogan of being the trusted name in restoration.

Gosh the two guys (Mick and Rob) were lovely and when you are dealing with something so stressful it really is nice to have tradesman that gives you five seconds of their time to explain what is happening.

Gary was exceptional, most helpful and gave me so much information as I do not understand this process at all it is the first time it has happened, I really appreciate him driving down from the Sunshine Coast to help me and the electrician that attended also commented to the insured about a good job that Gary did and how he was persistent with setting up gear even though the power kept tripping.

I have been in and out of the hospital and not well. I was at my wits end with everything regarding the house repairs. Keith on arrival saw that I was very upset and in tears. The bin man had not emptied my bin properly so Keith emptied and washed it out for me. He managed to calm me down and make me feel a bit better.

Gavin and Belinda from Juvenaire Toowoomba were outstanding. We live outside Toowoomba on a rural property and getting water in your house after a storm is never a pleasant experience, but they made the experience so much easier. From the time I rang them to arrange the job, to the time the job was completed they were both extremely helpful. Gavin was on-site within a couple of hours of me ringing them and had started the clean-up. He also recommended that we get an electrician on site to check some power points, which he also arranged. Belinda rang me the next day to say she had contacted the insurance company and everything was in place with them. Gavin has so much experience I would highly recommend Juvenaire to anyone.
